Unintentional Intolerance
Dr. Robbins coined the term āunintentional intoleranceā several years ago, and since then has developed wonderfully engaging presentations and workshops on the topic. It is the most requested of all the presentations that Dr. Robbins conducts.
Research and experience tell us that we all have biases that we are often unware of, or think little about. Yet, these biases guide or decision-making, behaviors and attributions on a daily basis.
