2026 Theme: Be Less Sucky

Webinar Series Overview

Monthly webinars to help you show up better!

Let’s face it—life is basically a group project with unclear instructions, clashing personalities, and someone always forgetting to unmute.

This isn’t your typical professional development series. It’s personal development that actually applies to work—designed for people who want to show up better, think more clearly, and lead with a little more empathy (and a little less drama).

Each webinar is inspired by Dr. Steve’s Be Less Sucky short book series—a refreshingly human, hilariously honest, and science-backed look at what it means to grow, connect, and thrive in a messy world. Participants will receive a downloadable copy of the featured short book each month as a pre-read, making the webinar not just a learning session, but part of a broader growth journey.

Whether you’re a leader, a teammate, a parent, or just a person trying not to lose it on a Tuesday, this series gives you practical insights to reflect, reset, and be just a little less sucky—at work and in life.

When: Second Tuesday of each month

Time: 3:10 – 3:55 PM ET

How: Virtual - Zoom link to be provided

Join us to build the most important skill for success in the 21st century: Relational Intelligence. Also, you’ll probably laugh. And learn. And like yourself a bit more afterward...and maybe others will like you more.
